Northern Hearts is a folk pop duo from small town Ontario. Described as "powerful" and "soulful," co-writers Shannon Linton and Steve Jones merge wildly different musical backgrounds to create songs with a unique and honest point of view. Despite tackling hard topics in their music, Northern Hearts weave together a show filled with songs and stories that are playful and comfortable, like a night spent with old friends.

 

Northern Hearts recently performed at the Cultivate Festival and Cobourg Waterfront Festival, showcased at Folk Alliance International in Montreal, and reached the Top 100 of CBC Music's 2019 Searchlight Competition. Their debut EP, of all these flames, is available everywhere you find music online.
